Ethan Techwell
Ethan Techwell is the founder of Three Whole Health, the company behind the FemiCore and Yu Sleep supplement brands. He leads product development, chooses which ingredients make it into a formula and at what dose, and sets the editorial standards for everything published on this site.
Background
Ethan started Three Whole Health after seeing how many supplement brands rely on proprietary blends, undisclosed doses and vague promises. His view is simple: if a company cannot explain why an ingredient is in the bottle and why it is dosed the way it is, it should not sell that product. That principle shaped both of our brands, from the decision to standardize FemiCore's cranberry extract to 30% proanthocyanidins to the choice of a low 0.9 mg melatonin dose in Yu Sleep.
